Ol – Moran Tented Camp

Located in Maasai Mara game reserve, the camp is situated on a 7 acre piece of land, with fully grown indigenous trees, five minutes drive to the oloolaimutiek gate. The location offers permanent water flowing from the nearby hills, with rich grasses which ensure abundance of grazing animals.

  
 
 

The camp has 15 tents with a hot shower bathroom and toilet. Each tent is also equipped with 2 beds, a coffee table, and a spacious veranda which has canvas camping chairs.
The dining is designed in the African set up and has a chimney to warm the room in the evenings as the clients enjoy their evening meal. The camp is powered by a 20 KVA generator that supplies power to all the tents, the dining and the restaurant and the entire compound. All the tents have power sockets for clients to charge their cameras and mobile phones.
 
While at the camp you can enjoy several activities which are arranged at the camp. These include nature walks which will take you to the nearby hills. These hills give you a vantage point to view the expansive Serengeti plains in Tanzania. You can also walk to the neighbourhood to visit the Maasai Manyatta   to mingle with this community that has for ages retained their culture. Ballon safaris and bush dinners are also arranged at the camp.
