
Payment/Price Policy
- All payments should be made directly to Anis Worldwide travel bank account either by cash or cheque or bank transfer wiring. Any payments made to a different company or person, though referred to by us, we hold no liability of such payments.
- The Tour/hotel accommodation cost is based on the tour package price or accommodation cost quoted by the tour agent and the hotel approved by us in agreement with you at the time of your booking. In conjunction with Travel Advisory Agency, we will get the best tour agent and a hotel depending on your budget. We shall also take care of your money and ensure it’s used for the intended purpose. We shall therefore, charge you an advisory fee equivalent to five percent (5%) of your cost/hotel accommodation cost.
- A 50% deposit of the total price of your tour or hotel accommodation and a commission of advisory in full is payable to Anis Worldwide travel well in advance, while the balance is due and payable at least 30 DAYS prior to the tour departure or accommodation in any hotel booked for you. Unless otherwise agreed in advance, we reserve the right not to execute any services if payment has not been received accordingly.
Cancellation Policy
- Later than 60 days before departure will require 75% of deposit to be forfeited.
- 30 to 7 days before will require the full deposit to be forfeited.
- 6 days before departure or no show up at will require 75% of the full price of the tour package/hotel payments to be forfeited.
Our Responsibilities/Limitations
- Anis Worldwide travel applies all reasonable checks to ensure that those recommended to you by us in the preparation of your tour package and accommodation maintains appropriate standards and have met all requirements by the ministry of Tourism. However, Anis Worldwide travel does not accept any liability for the alleged acts and omissions of Tour/Travel agent or hotel employees.
- We are subject to the conditions set by any tour /travel company or hotel that we recommend
- Temporary or permanent loss of or damage to client's luggage is the responsibility of the client unless resulting from proven negligence of the Tour/travel agent or the hotel
- Anis Worldwide travel does not accept responsibility for death, body injury or illness to a client through misadventure. However, it is essential that each client obtains adequate personal travel/health insurance to cover for the above outlined personal risks. Flying doctors service is also mandatory for the fast evacuation from the scene of an accident or emergency to a hospital, otherwise, the client is responsible for his evacuation by air or otherwise.
